To use Inboxprimer, you must create an account with a valid email address and password, or sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Connect email accounts you do not have authorization to access
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform
• Use the service to send spam or malicious content

5. Subscription and Billing

Inboxprimer offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Payment information is processed securely by our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

7. Email Account Access

By connecting an email account, you grant Inboxprimer permission to send and receive warm-up emails on your behalf solely for the purpose of improving your sender reputation. We use secure OAuth for Google and Microsoft accounts and encrypted connections for other providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Inboxprimer are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Inboxprimer is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific deliverability outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
